Please note you must be a shareholder of record as of the close of business on March 25, 2024 to vote. This year’s meeting is scheduled for June 21, 2024.

Dividends

The Company’s current quarterly regular dividend is $0.37 per share and was increased by $0.02 from $0.35 per share in conjunction with its earnings announcement on February 21, 2024. This follows a $0.02 increase from $0.35 per share on November 8, 2023.

In addition, the Company pays a quarterly supplemental dividend, calculated as 50% of NII in excess of our regular dividend, rounded to the nearest penny and subject to certain measurement tests. The supplemental dividend was introduced in the third quarter 2022.

In conjunction with its initial public offering in 2019, Blue Owl Capital Corporation (the “Company”) declared a series of six special dividends, payable to shareholders of record at the end of each quarter from Q3 2019 to Q4 2020. Those special dividends are also reflected in the table below.
